PREAMBLE

 

  1. º These general conditions of sale are agreed between TONERECICLA – Reciclagem de Consumíveis Informáticos, Lda, headquartered in Urbanização do Loreto Lote 6 Loja 8; 3025-037 COIMBRA- PORTUGAL, with tax identification number PT504848666 and contact +351 239494389,  hereinafter referred to as “TONERECICLA “ and persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.tonerecicla.com hereinafter referred to as "USER". 
  1. º The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.tonerecicla.com, shall be governed exclusively by this agreement to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

 

 ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT

 

1.1. These general conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all information necessary for theUSER“ about the ordering methods, selling, paying and providing services or delivery of purchases made on the website www.tonerecicla.com

 

1.2. These conditions govern all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order / service provision between the Contracting Parties.

 

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

 

2.1. The “USER“  completes your order by completing the purchase process presented on website www.tonerecicla.com, by adding the product (s) or service (s) you wish to order to your shopping cart:

 

2.2. To send your order theUSER“ must:

 

   a) Register on the website www.tonerecicla.com, providing the information requested therein.

 

   b) Carry out the “login” (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the “USER“ upon registration).

 

   c) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the order completion process. (delivery and billing address, shipping method, form of payment, as well as the Tax ID and the name you want for tax purposes on your invoice).

 

2.3. Final confirmation of the order by “USER” is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products / services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

 

2.4. TONERECICLA will honor orders received online within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of product / service availability TONERECICLA undertakes to inform “USER” as soon as possible.

 

2.5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the “USER”. The invoice after it has been issued cannot be reissued with changes.

 

2.6. Orders are valid for 30 (thirty) days,, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline and it is not possible to guarantee service delivery, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond of this deadline. If payment is not received for our services within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

 

2.7. What to do for the order comes out the same day.                                                   
Orders completed by 15:00 will be shipped the same day. After this time we cannot guarantee that it will be sent on the same day. Shipment is always made by order of arrival of orders.

2.8 Change of materials and quantities in my order after closing.                                  
You should contact us only and only by email to proceed with the order change. If the order is still in our premises we will change it.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

 

3.1. On the website www.tonerecicla.com, TONERECICLA proposes to the “USER” the following payment methods:

 

3.1.1- Bank transfer: IBANPT50 0035 0621 0001 2706 1301 7 - BIC/SWIFT: CGDIPTPL (SEND PAYMENT PROOF)

(We reserve the right to wait for the amount to be transferred to our account for order delivery)


3.1.2     - PAYPAL
Choosing Paypal will redirect you to the Paypal page so you can pay through your PayPal account or card.
This type of payment entails a 3% charge for the associated administrative costs.


3.1.3 – MULTIBANK / CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard);

By Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Lda:

-Payment by Entity / Reference through the payment of Purchases and Services, on the internet or at an ATM. Payment Services MB does not need to send proof of payment and the amount is immediately available for shipping your order.

- Payment by credit card, you must fill in your card details.

  

3.2. In case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the user's card immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If some ordered products are sold out, their value will be credited to the “USER” card after the order has been closed. “USER” may request the amount to be in credit for new order

 

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY / AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION

 

4.1. Delivery of orders will be pending according to "USER" Country. The delivery is made by the company TRANSPORTES MARQUES & ALIPIO LDA and may subcontract other delivery companies. (there may be delays unrelated to TONERECICLA)

 

4.2. Order delivery time may be limited to material type and if in stock at remote supplier.


4.3. To the order are added the costs of shipping and in some cases customs expenses.

       The value of postage will be calculated later


 4.4. The availability of the service will be made after the confirmation of payment made.

 

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

 

5.1. Prices must be in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force at the time of payment of the order.
      If "USER" has a valid European taxpayer, the prices shown will be without VAT.

 

5.2. If there is an increase in the price of any product / service, the “USER“ will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive your order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.

 

ARTICLE 6 – GUARANTEE AND VALIDITY

 

6.1. All genuine products are warranted by the manufacturer (O.E.M.), the lead time for defective material will depend on how quickly the manufacturers respond throughout the process. If it is favorable, a new article will be credited or sent.

 

6.2. Tonerecicla guarantees the quality of its remanufactured products, where they are properly tested.

 - Cartridges less than € 1.00 are not guaranteed.

 - Regenerated products have the validity of: Ink cartridges - 6 months; Toners -1 year; drums - 3 months

 - Parts - 3 months

 

6.3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The cost of transport of the damaged product (s).
Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
Damage caused by transport outside the original packaging.
Damage caused by poor equipment protection.
Equipment opened by entities other thanTONERECICLA
  Equipment that has undergone repair attempts, or even repair, outside of our service center. Consumables Subject to wear (Ink Cartridges, Toners, High Temperature Subject Products, ...)

As a result, TONERECICLA makes no warranty or liability for equipment damaged by improper handling, installation or configuration. Also any alteration to the original product invalidates the warranty.


 

ARTICLE 7 – FAILURE MATERIAL ( RMA )

 

7.1.1 Click the CONTACTE-NOS button and send a message explaining the malfunction. After our validation, deliver to our seller or send the material free of charge and home delivery, otherwise it will be declined (our address in the footer)

 

7.1.2. You should send the material in its packaging, protecting the cartridge as it was delivered.

Whenever possible, it should print, and do follow up a printout whith the "STATUS DE SUPRIMENTOS", and the last printout with the defect. Delivering a copy or sending the scan of the defective print to our email with Subject: Complaint

 

7.1.3. TONERECICLA only accept duly justified complaints

 

7.1.4. Damaged material will be considered out of warranty

 

7.1.5. If the defect is our responsibility, we undertake to replace it (on a next order) or credit it.

 

ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

 

8.1 - FREE RESOLUTION FORM

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

Applicable to distance contracts, it has the right freely to terminate a new contract, without giving reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of  the contract or the date of receipt of the material. (Reflection period)
If you wish, you can download, fill out and send, via your email or the Post Office, the sample form we provide below. Include CUSTOMER number and ORDER number or reference.


8.1.1 If you return the product within the above period, will be returned to you in the same manner as you made them
or by other mode if you agreed, all payments you have made no later than 14 days after we receive your communication.


8.1.2. In cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February, and the amount of postage paid on order is not credited.


8.1.3. In the free  Resolution Contract on orders placed in which the customer enjoys free shipping, the return charges are the responsibility of the consumer and the postage initially offered are charged. (at the price stipulated in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS in article 4.3.) by issuing an invoice, and the amount discounted in the amount to be returned.

8.1.4. In the free termination of the contract, and if the payment has been made by PAYPAL or MULTIBANK / CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard); The amount to be refunded to the User will be the amount received by TONERECICLA (Amount paid by the customer; minus transaction fees)


8.1.5. Contract termination: step by step

  2. Fill in your details (name, full address, customer number and order reference).
  3. Please indicate the product you wish to return.
  4. Indicate the date of conclusion of the contract (purchase of the product) and the date you received the confirmation of the contract (date of receipt of the product).
  5. Sign the document.
  6. Submit request:

8.1.6. Returned products must be in the condition of sale, that is, in the same condition as they arrived in the user's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

In the event of product infringement, we will not be able to accept the return (and consequent refund) or exchange.

 

8.1.7. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of adjustment will be indicated by TONERECICLA.

 

 

ARTICLE 9 – PRIVACY POLICY

 

Tonerecicla LDA guarantees, in accordance with Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the RG80 Council, the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Regardless of Tonerecicla LDA collects and processes data securely and prevents its loss or manipulation, using the most advanced techniques, Please be advised that open network collection allows the circulation of personal data without security, run the risk being seen and used by unauthorized third parties. Tonerecicla LDA will not market or share its customer database with third parties. All Customers have the right to erasure, rectify, access and oppose of your data by email to our services.

- Before you buy a product, make sure it that the same, goes according to what you really want

- Before you buy a product, do a search on the search engines to make sure it's the product you want (there are videos on the internet… but you can always contact us)

- After purchasing the product, always be careful when opening the box / package, and see how the cartridge or equipment, accessories and manuals are placed inside the box / package. In case of return / exchange, the more you respect the conditions under which you return the product, the easier it will be for all parties involved.
